A call for our Aquabox emergency aid is received by Keith, the Aquabox logistics manager
Our volunteer assembly, packing and loading teams get to work preparing Aquabox Golds for dispatch to the crisis area
Keith sets in place transport arrangements for the Aquaboxes to travel to the distribution partner
500 Aquabox Golds are loaded for shipment by our volunteer teams
Each Aquabox Gold contains humanitarian aid items to help a group of up to 5 people (a “Family”) start to build their life again
Each Gold contains an AquaFilter Family unit. Clean drinking water enough for 5 people for 6 months (16,000 litres min.)
Our Aquaboxes are then sent by container lorry to a port of embarkation, or to an airport , for onward dispatch to our distribution partner organisation.
Once in field, our boxes are transported in a variety of ways!
It may look rough and ready. It may take time. But rest assured, Aquaboxes get to the very heart of a crisis and the desperate people forced to rebuild a life when they have lost everything to a disaster. Our aid is available FREE to ALL who need it, regardless of creed, ethnicity or sex.
