We have just received some really positive feedback, along with some fabulous pictures, following the distribution of our aid boxes and Family Filters to needy families in Yemen.
Earlier in 2018, the charity Jubilee Outreach Yorkshire (JOY) sent a container of aid, including 60 Aquaboxes, to Yemen to help those caught up in the civil unrest and conflict in the country.
Kathy Tedd, director of JOY, has sent us a number of pictures (a couple of these are shown here) of the Aquaboxes being distributed and the Family Filters being demonstrated and used.
We are in discussion with Kathy about a follow-on shipment and hope to have more news on the timing of that soon.
One of the aid workers helping with the distribution of the boxes and filters commented, “It was an amazing day and people were so excited when receiving them.”
Seeing these pictures and hearing the news from Yemen is very encouraging, and our sincere thanks and appreciation go to Kathy and the rest of the team in Yemen.
